We invited all our agents including the new agent to Shanghai in order to introduce the new product line as well as the existing products and to get their engineer trained for the installation, operation and troubleshooting etc. Taking this opportunity, they could understand fully about our products in respect of Sales & Service issues so now, they became to take enough capabilty to support vs the customer's any requirement fully.
